About the role
- America’s leading publisher of community magazines seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to own lead generation programs.
- Own the strategy and execution of Lead Generation strategies that help Area Directors acquire new clients.
- Identify new opportunities to drive qualified leads through audience targeting, creative testing, campaign structure, and platform optimizations.
- Analyze campaign performance and lead quality, making data-informed decisions to improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and tools to ensure leads are properly tracked, routed, and attributed to the correct Area Directors.
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that can be deployed across multiple markets and product types, ensuring local relevance while maintaining performance standards.
- Lead Facebook ad strategy and funnel development and conversion optimization.
Requirements
- Performance-minded with a track record of solving business challenges through scalable marketing systems.
- Experienced in multi-channel lead generation, leveraging diverse media to drive measurable results.
- Skilled in strategy, testing, and creative problem-solving—not just execution.
- Confident in building and optimizing full marketing funnels, from acquisition to conversion.
- Strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally while owning programs end-to-end.
- Equally comfortable managing audiences, budgets, and campaign execution as you are shaping long-term marketing roadmaps.
