About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Partner with senior team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with pharmaceutical and healthtech clients. Actively participate in calls, meetings, and presentations to expand client portfolios.
  • Research client needs and uncover opportunities where Impiricus’s platform and solutions deliver value.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with clients and agency partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Support the development of sales and pitch presentations. Over time, lead client-facing meetings and leverage data to tell compelling stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or digital media.
  • Strong desire to grow knowledge and skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated, “go-getter” attitude with a track record of taking initiative and ownership.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media channels, and analytics.
