About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns across major digital marketing and retail media platforms.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends, ad formats, and platform capabilities.
  • Educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike. Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models.
