Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends, ad formats, and platform capabilities.
Educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike. Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models.
