Identifies, qualifies, sets meetings, creates proposals and closes potential customers who would benefit from DDI’s EVR program using phone, email, campaign mailers and travel to dealerships.
Serves as Project Manager for incoming new customers: track sales communications in CRM; QA contracts and enrollment forms; update CRM records and follow-up with customer communications.
Coordinates ongoing management and support of the customer, including handing off day-to-day management to an Account Manager and periodic customer visits.
Responds to sales communications (phone, email, fax), sending information about Premier EVR, pricing, state information, and demonstrations.
Designs and develops marketing materials including competitive analysis for conferences, campaigns, email blasts and partnership collateral.
Represents DDI at Dealer Trade Shows, on-site customer presentations, and national conferences; assists with event marketing materials and internal campaigns.
Designs, develops, and updates documentation or presentations including pre-fillable forms, contracts, checklists, and customer presentations.
Performs demonstrations and trainings of the Premier EVR system for new and existing customers.
Compiles target market lists through research and analysis from a variety of sources.
Supports Director of Sales on projects including pricing, contract management and negotiation; maintains trade association partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years’ of experience in the sales field or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Skilled in proven sales techniques and practices to include appointment setting, presenting proposals ad closing of the customer.
