About the role
- The Business Development Executive – Game Sales is accountable for boosting revenue by marketing, selling, and growing Aristocrat’s game collection and products, generating regular income.
- Actively identify and secure new business leads, improve account penetration, and operate as a reliable advisor to key partners.
- Plan strategically, deliver outstanding sales outcomes, and achieve sales goals every quarter and year.
- Promote and sell Aristocrat’s complete suite of games and recurring revenue products, ensuring maximum account penetration and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans in partnership with regional sales leadership to target and expand within assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities by demonstrating industry knowledge and customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, positioning Aristocrat as a trusted partner.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, business proposals, and pricing quotes in line with company standards.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing opportunities and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, product demonstrations, and post-sale customer service.
- Represent Aristocrat in the marketplace as a high-performance, world-class sales and service organization.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer information, forecasts, and reports in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and effective sales presentations.
- Submit timely and accurate expense and sales reports in line with corporate policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in gaming, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong technical knowledge to demonstrate games and systems products and effectively address customer questions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, grow, and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Strong business development mindset with innovative, forward-thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in project leadership and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with effective decision-making skills.
- Professional image, presence, and ability to represent Aristocrat with credibility.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems preferred.
