• Conduct proactive outreach to patients or caregivers identified through partners and initiate brief conversations to identify needs and introduce Rippl’s dementia care model

• Frontline Supervision & Support: Oversee daily activities of a cohort of Nurse Practitioners, including scheduling, problem-solving, and execution of clinical workflows.
• Provide coaching and support through regular check-ins to reinforce clinical standards, compliant documentation, and Rippl values.
• Assist with onboarding, skill development, and promote professional growth for NPs.
