About the role
- Coordinate interview loops and debriefs with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members across multiple timezones.
- Ensure every candidate has a smooth, well-communicated experience throughout their journey.
- Manage virtual and onsite interview logistics, from candidate arrival to thoughtful wrap-up.
- Proactively solve day-of issues, including last-minute scheduling conflicts and changes.
- Communicate promptly with candidates and internal teams about logistics and updates.
- Partner with the talent & people team to support ad-hoc projects: sourcing sprints, recruiting events, new hire onboarding logistics, and more.
- Report to Head of Recruiting; support team strategic initiatives through execution of interview logistics and candidate communication.
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong operational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and coordinate across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presence.
- Naturally warm and welcoming; ability to create positive candidate experiences.
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives under pressure and handles changes gracefully.
- Previous recruiting or coordination experience preferred (fast-paced environments preferred).
- Motivated new graduates with a track record of academic success are encouraged to apply.
