  • Accurately respond to customer tickets from global markets by quickly identifying and applying the relevant merchant’s procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and resolve inquiries.
  • Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Escalate urgent or unusual issues to your Team Leader to maintain smooth operations.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
