About the role
- Manage 60–70 pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Open new cases and maintain client communication
- Prepare demand packages and ensure billing is sent
- Handle liens and coordinate payments
- Retrieve records and itemized billing
- Manage records portals and verify balances
- Support marketing manager with SEO, backlink strategy, and digital campaigns
- Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Background in marketing, especially SEO and backlinks
- Familiarity with personal injury, criminal defense, or medical malpractice
- Legal case management systems
- SEO and backlink tools
- Records and billing portals
