About the role
- Lead and support the operations and care team to deliver high-quality, reliable services.
- Assist the Director with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and monitor performance targets to improve operational outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, carers, and partner agencies.
- Support business growth through marketing and development activities.
- Oversee personal development plans for the operations team.
- Drive service improvements by analysing and acting on feedback from clients and staff.
Requirements
- Significant management-level experience in social care or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of personalised care approaches.
- Ideally hold (or be working towards) QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategies, and lead teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
