About the role

  • Lead regional Parking Operations across San Francisco and the Bay Area, overseeing a multiple-facility parking portfolio.
  • Manage a team of Operations Managers and ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive client retention and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional client service and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute business development plans to expand the client base.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship.
  • Analyze financial data, manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient parking management and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders; address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Support and coordinate HR functions including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry, preferred.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Valid Driver License.
