About the role
- Lead regional Parking Operations across San Francisco and the Bay Area, overseeing a multiple-facility parking portfolio.
- Manage a team of Operations Managers and ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive client retention and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates.
- Foster a culture of exceptional client service and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute business development plans to expand the client base.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship.
- Analyze financial data, manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and implement cost-control measures.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient parking management and continuous improvement.
- Maintain open communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders; address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support and coordinate HR functions including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry, preferred.
- Experience in account management.
- Valid Driver License.
