• Own technical implementation for customers, from onboarding and configuration through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Understand each customer’s hiring process, workflows, systems, and success metrics to help tailor Ribbon to their needs.
• Configure customer environments, interview flows, scoring criteria, integrations, reporting, and launch plans.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate bugs, document edge cases, and work closely with Engineering to resolve problems quickly.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementations, share customer insights, and turn repeatable needs into scalable solutions.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Customer Specialist

• Help Ribbon’s customers succeed by making sure their teams, candidates, and hiring workflows run smoothly.
• Be the first line of support for customers and candidates, helping troubleshoot issues quickly, clearly, and professionally.
• Investigate technical problems across Ribbon’s platform, AI interviews, workflows, and integrations, then partner with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.
• Support Customer Success with onboarding, implementation, configuration, and customer enablement where technical expertise is needed.
• Create and maintain clear internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing help content to improve the support experience.
• Identify recurring issues, product gaps, and customer pain points, then share actionable feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Help deliver a reliable, responsive, and high-quality customer experience as Ribbon scales with enterprise and high-volume hiring teams.

Customer Solution Specialist

Customer Success Manager

• Own the full post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Help customers successfully implement Ribbon by understanding their hiring goals, workflows, team structure, and success metrics.
• Drive product adoption through training, best practices, regular check-ins, and clear plans that help customers get measurable value.
• Monitor account health, usage, feedback, and customer sentiment to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and internal teams to support renewals, share customer insights, and improve the overall customer experience.

Account Executive

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close.
• Build strong relationships with Talent, HR, Operations, and executive stakeholders to understand their hiring priorities, workflows, and business goals.
• Run compelling discovery calls, product demos, pilot discussions, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to structure pilots, proposals, pricing, and implementation plans that drive customer success.
• Develop strategic account plans, manage complex deal cycles, and consistently drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue growth.

Enterprise Account Executive

Growth Marketing

• Build Ribbon’s marketing engine from the ground up across demand generation, product marketing, content, events, customer marketing, and sales enablement.
• Generate qualified pipeline by creating campaigns, events, webinars, website conversion, and nurture programs that turn awareness into revenue.
• Define and amplify Ribbon’s market voice through standout content, thought leadership, founder POVs, and category-defining messaging around AI interviewing and the future of hiring.
• Turn customer wins, product launches, and market insights into revenue-driving stories across case studies, LinkedIn, email, website, sales materials, and outbound campaigns.
• Partner closely with Sales, CS, Product, and the founders to sharpen messaging, support priority accounts, surface customer proof points, and continuously improve performance across pipeline, conversion, engagement, and event ROI.
