Sales

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base in the Southeast
• Utilize existing relationships in clinics and within industry to drive leads, meetings, and meaningful conversations
• Drive a strong, healthy sales pipeline with expansive opportunities through the sales continuum
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track sales pipelines and report on progress to Senior Leadership
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align internal resources with external product objectives and ensure successful market delivery
• Report to the Head of Sales and Corporate Accounts as an individual contributor
• Travel approximately 10-15 days per month (mileage covered)

Regional Sales Director

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
• Utilize existing relationships in clinics and within industry to drive leads, meetings, and meaningful conversations.
• Drive a strong, healthy sales pipeline with expansive opportunities through the sales continuum.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot) to track sales pipelines and report on progress to Senior Leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align internal resources with external product objectives, ensuring successful market delivery.
• Individual contributor reporting to the Head of Sales and Corporate Accounts.

• Lead and manage sales operations within the Southeast region
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Leverage networks to access key stakeholders within cardiology/device clinics
• Drive and maintain a strong sales pipeline through the sales continuum
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Utilize Hubspot CRM to track pipeline and report to Senior Leadership
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations for market delivery
• Travel approximately 10-15 days per month

Regional Sales Manager

Director

• Lead end-to-end billing and revenue cycle strategy; manage and develop a team of billing specialists.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Systems, processes, and reporting/analysis for all claims.
• Define strategic objectives and partner with internal stakeholders and revenue cycle business partners to evaluate and improve systems and processes.
• Complete regulatory and company documentation and reporting according to schedules.
• Respond to escalated insurance billing concerns, collection law, and insurance protocol inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state legal requirements and consult outside advisors as needed.
• Manage Quality Control/Data Entry, patient billing, claims processing, and payment activities.
• Utilize data to analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Review and improve RCM workflows and policies to reduce denials and increase profitability.
• Establish and own RCM KPIs (days in AR, clean claim rates, denial rate, collection effectiveness).

Director of Revenue Cycle Management

• Lead and manage sales operations within the Northeast region for Rhythm
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets
• Expand customer base by leveraging existing relationships in clinics and industry
• Drive a strong, healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales continuum
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to track pipelines and report progress to Senior Leadership
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align resources for successful market delivery
