About the role

  • Campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Merge data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
  • Build weekly reports with executive-level insights.
  • Collaborate with the Media Manager and Media Director to align campaign performance with brand goals.
  • Support campaign execution and performance analysis and communicate findings to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid media experience, with a focus on paid social and paid search buying in Google and Meta.
  • Proven hands-on experience buying and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (required).
  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms’ native analytics (Meta, Google, The Trade Desk).
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Sheets, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with additional social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Experience merging data from multiple sources and building weekly executive-level reports.
  • Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
