Ford Credit is seeking an analytical, entrepreneurial, action-oriented Brand Marketing Analyst to support Retail and Commercial business units.
Leverage data-driven analyses and innovative approaches to drive strategic marketing decisions, build brand equity, awareness, and lead generation.
Establish enhanced analytics program across channels, define KPIs, track progress, and provide consistent optimization and insights.
Act as Analytic Lead with cross-functional teams and agency partners; develop hypotheses, tests, and concise analytic storytelling to inform management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analysis or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
At least 5-7+ years in data analysis, preferably in the social/digital marketing field
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
Strong analytical skills, ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and storytelling capabilities to bring everything together.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy in data analysis.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred: Knowledge of digital media platforms and marketing trends; experience analyzing data from Digital, Social, web, CRM channels; familiarity with campaign management and measurement; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and senior management.
