  • Ford Credit is seeking an analytical, entrepreneurial, action-oriented Brand Marketing Analyst to support Retail and Commercial business units.
  • Leverage data-driven analyses and innovative approaches to drive strategic marketing decisions, build brand equity, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Establish enhanced analytics program across channels, define KPIs, track progress, and provide consistent optimization and insights.
  • Act as Analytic Lead with cross-functional teams and agency partners; develop hypotheses, tests, and concise analytic storytelling to inform management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analysis or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • At least 5-7+ years in data analysis, preferably in the social/digital marketing field
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and storytelling capabilities to bring everything together.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy in data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of digital media platforms and marketing trends; experience analyzing data from Digital, Social, web, CRM channels; familiarity with campaign management and measurement; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and senior management.
