About the role

  • Facilitate partner onboarding and efficient usage of product features.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure they meet KPIs.
  • Improve partners' performance by using existing KPIs and developing new ones.
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation and payment rates with partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of the latest trends.
  • Gather partners' feedback and participate in continuous product improvement.
  • Help partners optimize their operations to make them more efficient.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, fines etc.
  • Work in close cooperation with Product, Operations, Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Opportunity to become a Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English or Spanish, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B, online platforms, product businesses.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Self-starter; works efficiently and generates & prioritizes tasks without micromanagement.
  • Successful experience in cultivating and managing relationships with partners/clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.
  • Proven ability to address systemic issues through problem-solving.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Advantage: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau.
  • Advantage: Understanding of product metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
  • Advantage: Experience in social discovery/dating.
