About the role
- Facilitate partner onboarding and efficient usage of product features.
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure they meet KPIs.
- Improve partners' performance by using existing KPIs and developing new ones.
- Negotiate terms of cooperation and payment rates with partners.
- Conduct market research to stay on top of the latest trends.
- Gather partners' feedback and participate in continuous product improvement.
- Help partners optimize their operations to make them more efficient.
- Resolve issues related to payments, fines etc.
- Work in close cooperation with Product, Operations, Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Opportunity to become a Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Fluent in English or Spanish, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).
- 1+ years of experience in B2B, online platforms, product businesses.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Self-starter; works efficiently and generates & prioritizes tasks without micromanagement.
- Successful experience in cultivating and managing relationships with partners/clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.
- Proven ability to address systemic issues through problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Advantage: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau.
- Advantage: Understanding of product metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
- Advantage: Experience in social discovery/dating.
