About the role

  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Drive customer retention and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and conduct outreach.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Anticipate and prevent potential customer challenges before they arise.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable improvements to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1+), both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, account management, VIP support, or a role focused on high-value customers.
  • Proven ability to work with top-tier clients, delivering outstanding service and fostering loyalty.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability within your area of responsibility.
  • A solid understanding of business processes and how to optimize them for success.
  • Structured, critical thinking paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Problem-solving prowess: you’re a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!).
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Flexibility to work late hours (17:00 – 2:00 Kyiv time with 1-hour break, Sun-Thu) to accommodate the needs of Western markets.
  • Will be an advantage: Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus.
