About the role
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our customers.
- Drive customer retention and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and conduct outreach.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Anticipate and prevent potential customer challenges before they arise.
- Act as a bridge between customers and our product team, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable improvements to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1+), both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, account management, VIP support, or a role focused on high-value customers.
- Proven ability to work with top-tier clients, delivering outstanding service and fostering loyalty.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability within your area of responsibility.
- A solid understanding of business processes and how to optimize them for success.
- Structured, critical thinking paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Problem-solving prowess: you’re a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!).
- The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Flexibility to work late hours (17:00 – 2:00 Kyiv time with 1-hour break, Sun-Thu) to accommodate the needs of Western markets.
- Will be an advantage: Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus.
