Client Services Representative

• Build successful partnerships with clients and lead client management across all teams.
• Proactively identify strategic opportunities and propose new ideas to existing clients.

Account Manager

• Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
• Model project leadership—prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate.
• Establish rapport and trust with a range of staff members assigned to your account(s).
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, facilitating their growth and development.
• Actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through other contacts.
• Generate internal project estimates and collaborate with PM/PC to develop timelines.
• Translate client needs and expectations to internal agency team through project brief development and internal meetings and communications with the cross-functional agency team.
• Monitor project estimate vs. actual time and cost accruals.
• Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with client PO(s).
• Assist in the development and approval of scopes of work (project descriptions, assumptions, estimates).

Account Supervisor

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted partnerships
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of HCP/MedComms projects, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Support strategic input into account planning, identifying opportunities to expand services and support client goals
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines within accounts
• Build effective internal networks and collaborate across teams to deliver an integrated solution

• Exert influence over agency process to enhance efficiency.
• Actively engage in all internal team meetings.
• Contribute and work with art counterpart to provide creative solutions to the brand need.
• Provide tactical solutions to client problems.
• Clear understanding of Med-Leg-Reg client environment and is comfortable navigating.
• Contribute ideas during conceptual exercises for both inline brands and new business pitches.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry trends and insights in the digital realm, particularly as they relate to assigned brands and disease areas.
• Deep clinical understanding of all relevant brand literature, including competitive messaging.
• Familiarize oneself with the disease state, HCP mindset, patient mindset, and their associated nuances.
