About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner
Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation
Review credit card transactions and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding items
Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity
Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation
Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite
Understanding of general accounting principles
