About the role
- Build and own the overarching marketing and growth strategy, including go-to-market plans and brand positioning.
- Lead paid media efforts across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI and creative testing.
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, consumer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.
- Strengthen our brand identity and messaging to position us as a market leader.
- Own email marketing, newsletters, SEO, and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and retain customers.
- Manage contractors (graphic designer, website designer/builder, paid ads consultant, and social media manager), ensuring alignment and delivery of results.
- Partner with the product and engineering teams on onboarding flows and customer experience insights.
Requirements
- Proven success in direct-to-consumer growth at an early-stage company.
- Deep experience with Meta and Google Ads, analytics, and creative strategy for paid campaigns.
- Data-driven approach: ability to interpret campaign results and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Solid foundation across multiple growth channels (social, content, paid, lifecycle) and ability to identify what’s working and what’s not.
- Strong understanding of SEO, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience managing marketing contractors and vendors.
- Expertise in brand development and go-to-market strategy.
- Hands-on project management skills to keep multiple initiatives on track.
