• Build and own the overarching marketing and growth strategy, including go-to-market plans and brand positioning.
• Lead paid media efforts across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI and creative testing.
• Create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, consumer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.
• Strengthen our brand identity and messaging to position us as a market leader.
• Own email marketing, newsletters, SEO, and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and retain customers.
• Manage contractors (graphic designer, website designer/builder, paid ads consultant, and social media manager), ensuring alignment and delivery of results.
• Partner with the product and engineering teams on onboarding flows and customer experience insights.
