About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to the founder/principal attorney by managing his calendar, email, travel, and daily priorities
- Create and implement systems and processes to streamline operations across the firm
- Act as a gatekeeper and prioritization filter for internal and external requests
- Support with real estate projects and transactions (contracts, scheduling inspections, closing coordination)
- Oversee general office administration including vendor management and supplies
- Assist with team communications and light HR duties
- Keep projects and the founder on track with reminders, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins
- Build and maintain structure in a fast-moving, growing law firm environment
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting a CEO, Managing Partner, or C-level executive (legal or professional services preferred)
- Experience with C-level Executive Assistant responsibilities
- Ability to build systems and implement processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and obsessive about follow-through
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
- Comfortable managing up and setting boundaries diplomatically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and resourceful — can learn tools without a manual
- Experience or knowledge in real estate (residential or commercial) is a strong plus
- Autonomy, visibility, and the satisfaction of directly impacting the firm’s ability to scale and succeed
