Medical Science Liaison

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders to support their scientific and data needs.
• Facilitate information exchange, education, and research activities for physicians and ancillary healthcare professionals regarding current and future therapies.
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide fair-balanced, objective, scientific information and appropriate product education.

General Counsel

• Leadership of Compliance Program: Develop, implement, and continually enhance Revance’s global compliance and ethics program, including policies, procedures, and systems to identify, prevent, and manage compliance risks across all business units (aesthetics, therapeutics, and consumer skincare).
• Regulatory & Healthcare Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations. Serve as the Company’s expert on FDA advertising and promotion regulations, ensuring that marketing materials, product claims, and field activities are reviewed and approved via appropriate Medical/Legal/Regulatory processes.

Promotions Manager

Operations

• Leads global Patient Safety Operations and effectively manages select safety surveillance projects for multiple product categories, including prescription drugs, class I, II, and III medical devices, OTC drugs, and cosmetics.
• Manages communications with vendors, CROs, QPPVs, and partners regarding the evaluation, processing, and reconciliation of case reports (ICSRs, MDRs, cosmetic AE reports).
• Manages communications with the clinical development team regarding safety data exchange and reconciliation between clinical and safety databases for clinical studies.
• Ensures that all safety reports received by the Patient Safety group from any source are processed and reported according to ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements and company SOPs and procedures.
• Reviews all cases to ensure the accuracy, integrity and completeness of information entered in the safety database.
• Ensures that expedited and non-expedited safety reports are submitted to regulatory authorities and partner companies as required and on time.
• Maintains the company electronic safety reporting portal, collates suggested inputs from cross-functional groups, and communicates with IT to ensure appropriate implementation.
• Leads PV compliance monitoring.
• Maintains the company core Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF). Collates inputs from relevant cross-functional partners and updates the PSMF quarterly. Coordinates regional PSMF updates with QPPVs.
• Maintains and updates PV SOPs, vendor Joint Operating Guidelines (JOGs) and relevant departmental policies.
• Ensures continuous inspection and audit readiness of the Revance pharmacovigilance system by maintaining compliant processes, complete and inspection-ready documentation, effective vendor oversight, and measurable quality and compliance metrics.
• Monitors and identifies possible trends and concerns related to the use of Revance products, and key competitor products, including the identification and evaluation of safety signals through the assessment of single case reports, aggregate safety reports and review of relevant literature for safety information pertinent to product safety.
• Leads signal detection and analysis, as well as preparation and submission of signal reports.

Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager

Marketing Operations

• Build and operationalize multi-touch customer journeys in Journey Builder based on lifecycle strategy and business requirements.
• Implement dynamic, personalized content and audience-based variations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
• Maintain an organized information architecture across your projects, campaigns, naming conventions, etc. to ensure proper performance tracking.
• Possess HTML/CSS skills and can autonomously define and develop email templates and automations that are customizable and scalable.
• Write SQL queries to build data extensions in SFMC and AMP Script logic to implement business requirements.

Marketing Automation Manager

Engineering Manager

• Hands-on technical management role. The Engineering Manager has the depth to drop into code when the team needs them - debugging critical production issues, unblocking engineers, validating architectural decisions, and coaching through code.
• Owns the strategic relationship with external delivery partners for digital product execution; holds them accountable to staffing commitments, capability standards, and role-level expectations (tech lead, scrum master, developers) across pods.
• Ensures vendor engineers assigned to each pod have the right expertise; addresses skill gaps through staffing decisions, coaching, or replacement.
• Owns the long-term internal-vs-vendor balance - what stays with vendors, what transitions in-house. Creates and executes a 12-18 month transition roadmap sequenced by risk and value.
• Hire and manage the internal engineering team– Recruit engineers as needed and directs the team's work, ensures quality and delivery, and evolves scope away from content updates toward higher-value development work.
• Owns hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Builds the internal team over time - identifies roles to bring in-house, hires against them, grows engineers from within.
