About the role

Resource Innovations (women-led energy transformation firm) seeks a Client Delivery Director for the Pacific Northwest
Oversee the Customer Program Delivery Team and serve as trusted partner to clients across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho
Responsible for resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving innovation and continuous improvement in program delivery
Build upon and enhance successful programs and identify opportunities for strategic growth
Oversee 3–4 Managers and supporting team members administering a mature business energy efficiency portfolio (small business, EV, residential, large commercial)
Lead and strengthen strategic client relationships; engage directly with client leadership to co-develop strategies
Translate client priorities into actionable delivery plans and resolve client concerns
Ensure quality of services, contract compliance, achievement of performance metrics, and delivery schedules
Secure staffing and resources, maintain financial accountability, and collaborate with Business Development
Provide accurate forecasts and strategic insights; mentor and develop staff
Other duties as assigned

Located in the PNW (Portland, Seattle, etc.) region
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years managing or implementing energy efficiency, demand response, or load management programs for North American utilities
5+ years of team leadership experience with a track record of driving strong client engagement and results
3+ years working with utilities in the Northwest, with knowledge of regional priorities, key regulatory rulings, and energy efficiency program structures
Proven ability to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with client strategic goals and improve existing program outcomes
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred: Master’s Degree
