Strategy

• Leading implementation of the outcomes of the recent review of CoFR's effectiveness, including developing processes and frameworks for identifying system wide work streams
• Advising CoFR Chairs on priorities, including working with agencies to develop business cases for projects and an overarching workplan
• Leading strategic, forward looking system level reviews to advise Chairs and CoFR on risks and opportunities for promoting effective and responsive regulation and an effective financial system
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress of the work plan and CoFR performance generally
• Supporting Chairs to manage CoFR meetings, e.g. setting agendas, monitoring actions etc
• Keeping information up-to-date, including maintaining and updating content on the CoFR website
• Building and managing relationships, influencing and engaging with stakeholders to maximise effectiveness of the CoFR, in alignment with existing agency approaches
