Compliance

• Responsible for ensuring there is a risk and compliance lens to all BAU business-as-usual activities, strategy development and project management
• Support the identification and rectification of weaknesses that could be damaging from a financial, operational, legal or reputational perspective
• Ensure we balance our risk appetite to achieve our strategic objectives
• Responsible for supporting risk and compliance monitoring and reporting to management and the Board
• Support and coordinate continuous improvement of our risk management and compliance frameworks
