About the role
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating sales activities for National Accounts.
- Develops and oversees comprehensive business strategies and sales plans.
- Maintains accountability for sales goal achievement and collaborates on new customer solicitation.
- Meets with sales senior leadership to review sales activity funnel (CRM tool).
- Ensures staff's proper execution and utilization of the CRM tool.
- Proactively reports to leadership on CRM funnel and manages customer base to anticipate needs.
- Coaches direct reports to convert market knowledge into actionable results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management/leadership experience
- Consistently proven sales record meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Strong communication/presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills; strong work ethic and drive to win.
- Trustworthy and maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Service orientation; actively looking for ways to help people.
