About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent Mad City Windows & Baths and promote a highly rated brand
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or further sales career growth
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience a plus
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends (hiring for 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable engaging with the public
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission/performance-based pay
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
