About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
- Work scheduled shifts (currently hiring for 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday) and stand for long periods in high-traffic retail settings
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or to further a sales career
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience a plus
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends (10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrive in human interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
