About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local events
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent Mad City Windows & Baths and maintain high brand standards
- Work scheduled shifts (10am–6pm Wed–Sun), often standing for long periods
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or a sales career, collaborating with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to earn based on performance
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrives in human interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based compensation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
