About the role
- Engage with potential customers via direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent the company's brand and maintain high customer service standards
- Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or a sales career
Requirements
- No experience required (prior experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and driven to earn based on performance
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends; currently hiring for 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable engaging in human interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based compensation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
