- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local events
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversations
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent Mad City Windows & Baths as a high-rated brand in the industry
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or furthering a sales career
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends; hiring for 10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging customers in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; willingness to submit to a post-offer background check
- Ability to work in a commission or performance-based compensation model
