  • Availability to work afternoons and weekends; hiring for 10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging customers in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; willingness to submit to a post-offer background check
  • Ability to work in a commission or performance-based compensation model
