About the role

  • Verify customer information and ensure contact information is correct prior to dispatching.
  • Schedule, reroute, and reschedule sales representatives to coordinate and prioritize the sales schedule.
  • Pull leads forward to fill same-day and next-day appointment boards.
  • Continuously make outbound calls to fill open positions and confirm appointments when confirmations are in overflow.
  • Monitor the route and status of sales representatives and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with sales representatives to gather appointment dispositions and report outcomes to appropriate teams.
  • Enter and manage all leads generated from home show events and retail venues into Lead Perfection.
  • Document each call attempt with the appropriate disposition and include any notes provided by marketing representatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with other Call Center duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a dispatcher or related position preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
  • Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (criminal background checks).
