About the role

  • This Outsourced Services Consultant supports the Corporate Services team by managing day-to-day operations and vendor relationships across services such as travel, corporate cards, mailroom, records management & fleet.\n
  • This role is responsible for monitoring and responding to inquiries from shared inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n
  • The role also involves invoice reconciliation, reporting, content management for internal tools, and supporting process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.\n
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities: manages relationships for travel, corporate cards, mailroom operations, records management, fleet & office supplies.\n
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for managing shared inboxes related to Corporate Services functions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.\n
  • Evaluates program goals set by leadership and ensures alignment with policies; communicates updates to vendors and stakeholders.\n
  • Works with internal departments and external vendors to settle vendor payments and reconciliations.\n
  • Reconciles and approves final billings from outsourced providers; coordinates reports for chargebacks.\n
  • Delivers reporting to leadership on vendor performance and opportunities for improvement.\n
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, efficiency opportunities, and cost savings.\n
  • Maintains content in Travel Management tool and intranet; communicates process changes.\n
  • Builds and maintains relationships with vendors; communicates program updates to employees.\n
  • May perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent.\n
  • Typically between 3 to 5 years related work experience.\n
  • Experience managing corporate travel, card, fleet, & mailroom operations preferred.\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach\n
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with some Excel skills required.\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations.\n
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.\n
  • Must be able to navigate and maintain a client satisfaction posture with executive admins and executives in sometimes difficult circumstances\n
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the department and cross-functionally across the organization.\n
  • Self-starter with independent judgment and decision-making capabilities\n
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
