About the role

  • Verify customer information and schedule sales representatives, including re-routing and rescheduling appointments.
  • Pull leads forward to fill same-day and next-day appointments and manage leads from home show events and retail venues.
  • Continuously make outbound calls to fill open positions and confirm appointments when confirmations are in overflow.
  • Monitor routes and status of sales representatives, coordinate and prioritize the sales schedule.
  • Evaluate and reassign appointments, document call attempts with dispositions and notes, and enter leads into Lead Perfection.
  • Communicate appointment outcomes to sales and other teams and assist with other Call Center duties as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a dispatcher or related position preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
  • Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requires confirmation).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
