About the role
- Verify customer information and schedule sales representatives, including re-routing and rescheduling appointments.
- Pull leads forward to fill same-day and next-day appointments and manage leads from home show events and retail venues.
- Continuously make outbound calls to fill open positions and confirm appointments when confirmations are in overflow.
- Monitor routes and status of sales representatives, coordinate and prioritize the sales schedule.
- Evaluate and reassign appointments, document call attempts with dispositions and notes, and enter leads into Lead Perfection.
- Communicate appointment outcomes to sales and other teams and assist with other Call Center duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a dispatcher or related position preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
- Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requires confirmation).
- Must be 18 years or older.
