About the role

  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate free consultation appointments for our outside sales department
  • Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance production and purpose
  • Engage in team building and mentorship initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
  • Previous roles in confirmation, appointment setting, dispatch - preferred
  • Five9 experience - a plus
  • Weekend availability required
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRMs
  • Ability to speak with confidence to prospects and multitask on systems
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, competitive, disciplined, and focused on career advancement
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day (application asks)
