About the role
- Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, and sending official offers
- Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams; consult with hiring managers on selection process and next steps
- Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- A positive, winning can-do attitude
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment role (high-volume recruitment preferred)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Excellent writing skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
