About the role
- The home improvement industry is broken; Renuity unites multiple renovation companies to improve the customer experience
- Develop knowledge of business strategy, culture and deliverables
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from open requisition to offer (sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying, submitting candidates, sending offers)
- Gather interview feedback and consult with hiring managers on selection process and next steps
- Ensure transparent, timely communication with all candidates
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and a fluid talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events as requested
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- A positive, winning can-do attitude
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role (minimum 1 year)
- Experience with high-volume recruitment preferred (sales, hospitality, food and beverage, direct marketing representative hiring)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Excellent writing skills (clear, concise, error-free documents, emails, and reports)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (Ashby and ADP a plus)
