About the role
- High Volume Field Recruiter—virtual and hybrid options
- Support Renuity’s mission to simplify home improvement across multiple brands
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from requisition to offer
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes, prescreen, qualify, submit candidates, and send offers
- Gather interview feedback and consult with hiring managers
- Ensure transparent, positive candidate communication
- Maintain candidate databases and a fluid talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events as requested
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- A positive, winning can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- High-volume recruitment experience (sales, hospitality, food and beverage, direct marketing) preferred
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent writing skills; clear, concise, error-free documents, emails, reports
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
