About the role
- Renuity unites multiple home improvement brands to simplify renovation for homeowners

- Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from open requisition to offer (sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying, submitting, offers)
- Gather interview feedback and consult with hiring managers on selection and next steps
- Ensure all candidates are communicated with for a positive and transparent candidate experience
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and a fluid talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- A positive, winning can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role (minimum 12 months)
- High-volume recruitment experience preferred (sales, hospitality, food and beverage, direct marketing)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Excellent writing skills with ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (Ashby and ADP a plus)
