About the role

  • Develop and manage performance of all sales activities in assigned region
  • Staff, direct, hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of Area Sales Managers
  • Provide leadership to achieve profitability and growth aligned with company vision and values
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to align Sales and Operations
  • Establish strategies to expand customer base and contribute to training programs for Sales Managers and Frontline colleagues
  • Lead weekly meetings, one-on-ones, and debriefs to monitor performance and drive skill development
  • Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory
  • Ensure team meets activity standards and selected KPIs to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives and jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization
  • Monitor sales start rates and ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered at the branch level
  • Coach and develop team, evaluate new managers, and communicate training needs to Market Leadership
  • Work in the field with sales managers daily and maintain minimum sales activity requirements

Requirements

  • Proven history developing sales colleagues
  • Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience
  • Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Available to travel as needed
  • Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
  • Minimum Educational Level/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
  • Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
  • Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks (sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling)
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, on-call schedule, and extended (50-60 hours/week) during peak season
