Requirements
3+ years of sales leadership experience (team lead or manager level).
3+ years of mortgage origination or DTC sales experience with a proven track record of results.
Understanding of loan products (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Renovation and second lien products) and the ability to train others effectively.
Proven ability to manage and improve sales processes within a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into action.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with change, ambiguity, and growth.
