Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager – APAC/EMEA

• Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs.
• Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and other cross-functional teams to structure and review partnership agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal and operational risks.
• Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes and other knowledge resources around partnership deals.
• When bandwidth permitting, serve as an additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales, collaborating with existing regional counsel to review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders to empower them with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate complex commercial issues effectively.
• Bring a solutions-focused mindset to every negotiation, minimizing roadblocks and resolving issues without unnecessary escalation.

Managing Counsel, Commercial – Partnerships

Product Marketing

• Collaborate with the GTM Strategy, Revenue Leadership, and Finance teams to define and implement GTM strategies that optimize sales coverage, target market segmentation, and revenue generation.
• Drive the end-to-end quota-setting process, ensuring alignment with sales goals, market potential, and individual rep performance.
• Analyze and create sophisticated models to calculate and allocate quotas fairly and accurately across the sales organization.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Finance teams to calculate and allocate the book of business, ensuring alignment between revenue forecasts, pipelines, and sales targets.
• Lead GTM performance analysis, tracking progress against quotas and sales objectives, and provide actionable insights to Revenue Leadership for performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain territory allocation models based on market insights, historical performance, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design and implement training programs, playbooks, and tools that align with GTM strategies and sales execution.
• Lead smooth transitions between sales cycles, ensuring that quotas, territories, and sales objectives are effectively updated for new quarters.

GTM Planning Lead

• Act as a true subject matter expert for the Italy region
• Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
• Participate in Sales hand-over, lead client hand-over and client kick-off calls
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Lead the process from inception through to Parallel runs and the first month of ‘Live’ payroll before handing over to Payroll Operations

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans & timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the team for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process, including internal teams & customers.
• Develop and implement standardised payroll processes, project plans and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation to resolve any issues or challenges.

• Act as the primary advisor to leadership within your assigned departments; provide expert consultancy on organizational health, complex leadership transitions, and performance strategy to align functional goals with Remote’s commercial objectives.

• Independently own and resolve high-complexity employee relations issues, while ensuring a positive, values-aligned experience.

Recruitment

• Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Talent Acquisition team
• Complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within your business areas. You’ll be digging into the why’s behind data trends and proposing concrete solutions to senior leadership to influence hiring strategy
• Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function at Remote in close partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People leadership team members
• Collaborate closely with the Hiring Leaders to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience
