About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • own the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team
  • guide, coach, and develop direct reports
  • foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote environment
  • lead performance management through bi-annual evaluations
  • drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of regional team
  • serve as subject matter expert on all high-risk Time & Attendance related topics
  • partner across domains to enhance T&A processes and standard operating procedures
  • ensure efficient, compliant delivery of Time & Attendance services
  • resolve escalated T&A issues through detailed analysis
  • champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • hands-on people management experience with a strong coaching mindset
  • proven track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple countries
  • deep knowledge of Time & Attendance matters, associated wage/hour laws, complex policy exceptions
  • deep knowledge of complex T&A case resolution, wage/hour compliance in APAC countries
  • experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
  • comfort working in a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs)
  • tech-savvy with experience working with various digital tools
  • fluent in English
  • ability to safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information
  • desired skills: Startup, remote working experience and knowledge of other languages besides English.
