About the role
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries and international markets.
- Source, screen, and match high-quality candidates to client requirements.
- Lead business development efforts, including outreach, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts.
- Use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems to build talent pipelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed placement and billing targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Proven track record of success in international recruitment markets.
- History of top billing or consistently strong performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, commercially minded, and results-focused.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
- Experience across multiple sectors is welcomed – no specific niche required.
