- **Key Responsibilities:**

- - Own and manage client relationships from briefing to placement.

Requirements
- **Qualifications & Experience:**
- - Minimum **3 years of recruitment experience**, preferably with startups or high-growth companies.
- - Proven success recruiting for **Seed to Series B businesses**.
- - Strong grasp of **UK hiring standards**, professional communication, and candidate expectations.
- - Demonstrated use of **AI and automation** in recruitment workflows (e.g., sourcing, screening, CRM management).
- - Excellent **Boolean search** skills and experience sourcing via **LinkedIn, niche platforms**, and outbound channels.
- - Expertise in **video-first interviewing**: confident conducting dynamic virtual assessments.
- - Highly consultative, non-transactional recruitment style with an emphasis on partnership.
- - Reliable **remote setup**: stable internet, video call-ready environment, and availability overlapping UK hours.
- - Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining **quality and pace** in a scaling environment.

- - **180 Recruiter:** R38,000 – R42,000 per month
