Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, social media, events) to support brand, segment, and digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop bilingual marketing assets and ensure consistent messaging across English and French audiences.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom to manage campaigns, track performance, and generate reports.
Support webinar planning and execution, including bilingual content creation, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Assist in the development of visual and written content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for both language markets.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
Act as a flexible team member, contributing to various marketing functions as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent training
Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French (written and spoken) is required
Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and digital media
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively
