About the role As Manager, Customer Marketing for ShareGate, you’ll be the driving force behind programs that deepen customer relationships, fuel expansion and renewal, and transform satisfied users into passionate advocates. You’ll oversee the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy—making sure every initiative directly supports retention and growth. Lead ShareGate’s customer lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding; adoption; renewal; upsell; cross-sell); Partner with Account Management to design campaigns that drive expansion, renewal, and revenue growth; Build and scale customer advocacy programs (reviews; case studies; community engagement; reference programs); Develop engaging customer communications across channels (email nurture; in-product messaging; webinars; events); Use insights from product usage and customer feedback to optimize lifecycle campaigns; Manage and mentor a small team of ICs driving lifecycle and advocacy initiatives. Requirements B2B SaaS customer marketing experience; Proven track record in lifecycle marketing (onboarding; adoption; renewal); Experience with upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion programs; Background in customer advocacy/community building; Strong skills in email marketing, nurture design, and marketing automation (HubSpot experience an asset); Analytical mindset with ability to use data to guide decisions; Experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
