About the role
- Overall support of the objectives of the Strategic Account Managers to grow market share.
- Facilitating documentation of business case for product development.
- Assisting in the development of research analysis techniques to determine supported solutions solutions meet prospective customer and partner business needs.
- Providing solution-based subject matter expertise in the evaluation and response to RFPs and unsolicited proposals.
- Managing customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.
- Assisting with customer presentations, including the ability to conduct impactful web-based and on-site product demonstrations.
- Maintaining a current understanding of competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) in order to effectively assist in the differentiation selling of the advantages of LexisNexis Risk Solutions over its competitors.
- Formulating a professional development plan with your team members with respect to internal/external educational programs so that your knowledge can be leveraged with your assigned Strategic Account Managers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales, client engagement, or related roles—especially in identity services or government sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related work experience.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Expertise in systems and data integration.
- Experience integrating data and services.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- 50% Travel required within U.S.
