About the role
- Define and execute a partnership strategy that supports ReSource Pro's growth goals across the Retail, MGA, and Carrier markets
- Identify and prioritize ecosystem opportunities, establish partnership tiers and models, and articulate the mutual value proposition for each
- Build business cases and go-forward plans for strategic partner relationships
- Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for key partner accounts
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders at partner organizations
- Lead joint go-to-market planning, co-sell initiatives, and internal coordination
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and monitor partner performance using KPIs and governance models
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align offerings with market demand and generate partner-influenced pipelines
- Support the creation of value-based collateral and success stories that demonstrate partnership impact
- Represent ReSource Pro at industry events and through thought leadership, such as webinars, white papers, and panels
- Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to client advisory engagements where strategically relevant
Requirements
- All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships or corporate development within the insurance, insurtech, or BPO sectors.
- 10+ years of experience in people or cross-functional leadership
- Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence C-level executives and team members.
- Skilled at developing relationships and presenting ReSource Pro to potential partner organizations.
- Established understanding of the core business of insurance clients
- A collaborative and team-oriented leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving decision-making.
- Resourceful, creative, and able to find innovative ways to achieve results.
