About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end for technical functions, from intake to offer close
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines using outbound tactics, networks, and creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to guide intakes, calibrate profiles, and influence candidate evaluation
- Track and improve funnel metrics: interview velocity, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, timely, and professional candidate experience
- Collaborate with Talent Attractors to ensure healthy, targeted, converting top-of-funnel pipelines
- Leverage and discover AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting to improve efficiency and predictability
- Own weekly reporting on funnel health and turn data into actionable insights
- Design and run monthly experiments on interview structures, assessments, or candidate experience and share learnings
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience running multiple concurrent searches in high-growth environments
- Experience in both sourcing and closing candidates; comfortable pitching candidates
- Data-driven: use funnel metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication and trusted advisor skills with hiring managers
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Obsession with creating exceptional candidate experience while moving with speed and precision
- Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (application asks if authorized) and willingness to answer sponsorship question
- Able to work in Toronto office two days a week (Tues/Thurs)
